Welcome to our online reservation system. Please be advised that no reservation is confirmed until our representative speaks with you directly.
This online reservation system is designed to be a convenient way for you to get the information to us.
DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
7 or more days notice to cancel – 100% refund
5 – 6 days notice to cancel 80% refund
3 – 4 days notice to cancel 60%
2 – days notice to cancel 40%
1 day notice will receive no refund
No refunds for any holiday or after hours bookings regardless of notice given.
Cancellation / No Show
We strive to operate the best transportation service possible for our area and so we rely heavily on people keeping their reservations and not cancelling. However, if you have a scheduled ride and the need to cancel arises, please be kind and contact us so we can open the time slot for other customers.
If we do not receive at least 24 hours notice of cancellation you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00 or 50% of your reservation total (whichever is less).
If we arrive to pick you up and you do not show, you will be charged the full reservation total amount.
